SEAN ALEXANDER, PhD
Chief Financial Officer

Sean Alexander, Ph.D., is the President & Managing Director who began providing CFO Services to companies in 1995. He previously served as a financial and operating executive for several Fortune 100 companies for over 25 years where he served in many roles that encompassed restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as worldwide financial and administrative responsibilities. He has also served in other executive roles including President, COO and General Manager. Mr. Alexander has a unique blend of having worked in a large company and also profitably growing businesses ranging in size from $500K to $250M in revenue.

Sean found increased demand for outside CFO and other Executive Services and founded Sean Alexander PA, in 2021 so he could offer these services to a broader range and magnitude of companies. He has since added several partners while Sean Alexander has grown to serve over 100 privately owned clients.
